pkr88 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits to deposits and withdrawals at its discretion. Where responsible gaming deposit limits have been set by the player, those limits take precedence over any standard platform limits and cannot be increased without the mandatory cooling-off period as described in Section 9.
Real Money Funds in an Account that has been inactive for twelve (12) months or more are subject to the inactivity fee described in Section 4.4. pkr88 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any fee is applied. Players may reclaim remaining funds by reactivating their Account and completing a withdrawal request at any time, subject to applicable KYC requirements.

These terms include, but are not limited to, a wagering requirement, an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be met, and eligible games or bet types. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. pkr88 is not obligated to offer any bonus or promotion and may withdraw, modify, or replace any offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting any Bonus Funds already credited and any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of modification.

You may close your pkr88 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
pkr88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) pkr88 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) pkr88 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) continued Account access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players; or (d) the player's jurisdiction becomes subject to new legal restrictions that prohibit their use of the Platform.
Where an Account is closed by pkr88 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned. Where closure is the result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, pkr88 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance pending investigation and resolution.

Where changes are material, pkr88 will provide notice via the Platform or to the email address registered to your Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
